5 Sofia’s Field Trip

Yesterday Sofia told me thst she needed to bring ¥1000 for her ensoku. I did not pay attention so much but asked her to read out the list of things to bring provided by the school.

¥1000 was not listed.

I totally forgot about it until now. I should pay more attention to her from now on. I think she feels she’s neglected nowadays.

I read this on Facebook just now. It was about a father who lost his son due to brain haemorrhage.

10 most important lessons for parents

1. You can never ever kiss and love too much.
2. You always have time. Stop what you are doing and play, even if it's just for a minute. Nothing's that important that it can't wait.
3. Take as many photos and record as many videos as humanly possible. One day that might be all you have.
4. Don't spend money, spend time.
5. Sing. Sing songs together.
6. Cherish the simplest of things. Night times, bedtimes, reading stories, dinner together.
7. Always kiss those you love goodbye and if you forget, go back and kiss them.
8. Make boring things fun.
9. Keep a journal.
10. If you have your children with you. To kiss goodnight. To have breakfast with.  To walk to school. To take to university. To watch get married. You are blessed. Never ever forget that.

3 Jasmine

Last night, for the 3rd time Jasmine told us that she has no friends to play with at school.

This only happened after we asked her how she is doing at school. Does she talk to anyone? Does she raise up her hand in class? Where does she play? Are all the teachers nice? These kind of questions.

Fifi told us that sometimes she saw Jasmine just walked around alone. 

I feel bad that I put her in Japanese school.

I think I am going through PMS. I was angry at everybody the whole day.

On top of that, I did not go anywhere for the weekend.

That’s like pouring fuel to the fire.

I hope tomorrow will be better.
